Demo Payroll Intelligence

The Payroll Intelligence Dashboard serves as a control center for payroll professionals. The Payroll Intelligence function identifies deviations and automates checks. Automatic checks are performed on wage tax, gross salary, and other potentially deviating data. Alerts show which employees are affected. Alerts can be grouped by employee. Users can configure which checks are displayed. Custom payroll checks can be created for individual wage components or groups of wage components. Settings determine what is checked, such as bonuses, anniversary payments, or other wage components. Signals identify wage components that have unusual values according to AI, are new, or are missing. Grouping by check or employee provides overview and control. Sensitivity can be adjusted to make signals more or less strict. Signals can be filtered. Users select which wage components to display. Detection levels can be configured per wage component. Updates show an overview of new employees and employees leaving service. Alerts include all items not assigned to the payroll administrator but relevant to payroll administration. Users see what actions are needed to ensure timely payroll processing. The payroll calculation tab shows payrolls that need to be calculated or created. Each notification indicates what must be done for correct and timely payroll processing.
